Pick your own date and time in Aaron’s live calendar — no phone tag, no waiting for a callback.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, no phone tag.

01

Tell Us Where You Are

The scheduler starts with your address, so it can confirm you’re on Aaron’s route before anything else.

02

Pick Your Date & Time

Choose your piano and service, then take any open slot that works for you. It’s booked the moment you confirm.

03

We Confirm & Prepare

You get a confirmation straight away, and Aaron reviews your instrument’s details before he arrives.

Most tuning, cleaning, and minor-repair visits can be booked directly. Rebuilding, restoration, and unusual requests may need a quick call first — if so, we’ll reach out before anything’s finalized.

Get Started

Aaron’s live calendar opens in a new tab. You’ll enter your details there once — we don’t ask you to type them twice.

Schedule Your Appointment

Opens our online scheduler

Most tuning, cleaning, climate-control and minor-repair visits can be booked directly. Rebuilding, restoration and bench work are quoted first — start with a message for those.

Questions First?

Not sure what your piano needs — or after something the scheduler doesn’t cover? Reach Aaron directly.
